總述

Summary

滾邊機(jī)是用于去除輪輞成型后產(chǎn)生的輪輞邊緣毛刺的全自動(dòng)設(shè)備，以冷滾壓的方式進(jìn)行修緣至圓滑過度,，實(shí)現(xiàn)提高輪輞品質(zhì)的要求,。該設(shè)備可加工各尺寸小線輪輞，加工范圍廣,，設(shè)備整體精度高,，采用全自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)，工作效率高,，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊,。

Roll edge machine is used to remove the burr of rim both edge after rim roll forming, adopt cold rolling way to process the rim edge upto smooth, to achieve the requirements of improving the rim quality. The equipment can process the size at diameter 13-17 inch of car rim line, this machine use fully automated system with high efficiency, compact structure.

1) 運(yùn)行程序Running Process

進(jìn)料→滾輪自動(dòng)下壓→旋轉(zhuǎn)→消除毛刺→滾輪放松→出料→出料裝置下降→下料準(zhǔn)備一工件自動(dòng)進(jìn)入,。

整個(gè)設(shè)備自動(dòng)化程度高,，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，工作效率高,。

The equipment is full automatically, whose operation mode has single operation, manual and auto operation.

Its operation logic is controlled by PLC.

3) 操作界面（HMI）能手動(dòng)錄入加工各型號鋼圈的調(diào)整后參數(shù)并儲(chǔ)存,，以備隨時(shí)調(diào)用，能夠顯示設(shè)備外部信號的設(shè)定狀態(tài)和實(shí)時(shí)狀態(tài),。

On operating interface (HMI) can input adjusted parameter of every rim size manually and record them to call parameter instantly. It also shows the set condition of equipment’s external signal and its current condition.

4) 進(jìn)出料通道寬度,、壓緊輪高度、擋料位置,、下滾模滾邊傾角等工作參數(shù)可針對不同規(guī)格的鋼圈進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié),。

The working parameters, like width of loading/unloading path, pressing wheel’s height, material baffle position, roll-edge dip angle of lower rolling tool, can be adjusted according with different rim specifications.

5) 設(shè)備整體結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定可靠，抗振性能好；具有足夠的可靠性,在壽命期限內(nèi)有足夠的強(qiáng)度,、剛度,、穩(wěn)定性、耐腐蝕性,、抗疲勞性,。

Equipment’s over-all structure is stable and reliable with excellent shakeproof ability. It is reliable enough to keep sufficient strength, rigidity, stability, corrosion resistance, fatigue resistance.

6) 雙旋輥架（左右）壓力可調(diào)，轉(zhuǎn)速120~200轉(zhuǎn)/分,，上壓輥氣動(dòng)壓緊,，壓力可調(diào)4-8kg/cm2，進(jìn)出料架寬度可調(diào)6"-16.5",，所有行程控制,、位置控制、有無工件顯示均采用雙位無觸點(diǎn)感應(yīng)顯示,，做到顯示萬無一失,。

缺件，安全運(yùn)行時(shí)各工序都顯示綠燈,，有故障時(shí)某工序顯示紅燈并報(bào)警響鈴顯示,，以便及時(shí)處理。在更換產(chǎn)品時(shí),，只需更換下模模具,，和調(diào)整毛刺輥的角度，調(diào)整時(shí)間為4分鐘,。

The pressure of double rotation roller rack can be adjusted. Its rotation speed is 120~200r/min. Pressure adjustable range is 4-8kg/cm2 (0.4-0.8Mpa) for pneumatic clamping of upper material pressing roller. Width of material loading/unloading path adjustable range is 6"-16.5". All the stroke control, position control, workpiece display adopt two-position noncontacting sensor vision.

In situation when without workpiece or safe running green indicator lights. When fault occurs, some process will light red indicator and alarm to dial with problems. It just need to change lower tool and adjust angle of deburr roller when change products. The adjustment time is 4 minutes.
